Personally I think these are much more accurate than the sliding zip-tie disposable style, it is similar to a real ring so you can easily slide it on and off.

Tips for sizing:

• You want the band to be snug, not cutting off your circulation, but snug enough it can't easily be pulled over your knuckle.


• Be aware of the weather - hot weather will swell your fingers and make the ring harder to get on and off, colder weather will make your fingers smaller and the ring will be looser. You want the ring size to be somewhere in between.


• Thicker band - if you are purchasing a ring that has a thicker band than the plastic ring size up 1/4 to 1/2.
