What is Gold Fill?

Gold Fill (or Gold Filled) is superior to gold plated, vermeil or dipped pieces of jewelry, which only have small amounts of gold on the surface and the gold can rub off with wear.

Gold Fill has a very thick layer of gold that is bonded to brass that will not rub off.

Sweat and Shower in these pieces, they will last a lifetime when treated with care.

A quick note - please be very cautious when you see 18K or 24K gold filled items on other websites, these are often misrepresented as gold fill when they are actually plated. The price is usually pretty low for a thicker chain or a large charm. The gold color will rub off on these pieces. I only use 14K Gold Fill from reputable suppliers.

When will my order ship?

Most of my jewelry is made to order and takes 1-2 weeks for production time prior to shipping. I can often make exceptions for something that you need faster, please text me at 678-549-2620 or email me robyn@rcanady.com to discuss options. 

Will I get tracking information when it ships?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number with every shipment. 

How long will the shipping take?

I will ship every order out via UPS or FedEx. This ensures a great customer experience, we want to make sure that your package arrives in a timely manner. 

Standard/ $7 Shipping is sent via UPS or FedEx Ground and takes 1-4 days depending on the distance from Atlanta. Free Shipping if you spend $50 or more.

Express/$25 Shipping is sent via UPS or FedEx Express service and will arrive in 1-2 days.

Where is my order made?

Your order is made in the USA. I make most orders here in Atlanta, however some pieces are a collaboration with other small shops and some of the fine jewelry is made by master jewelers across the country.

It is shipping from Atlanta, GA.

Who is Robyn Canady?

Both the owner and designer, I am originally from Cedar Rapids, IA and have been in Atlanta, GA for over 20 years. I have a design background in jewelry fabrication, metal smithing, stone setting, and original one of a kind custom pieces.
